Whisky Umeshu

A Balance of Plum and Whisky Oak

MeiZui brings the sweet-tart fruit of plum wine together with whisky's wood, grain and lingering finish. Enjoy it neat, chilled or with food. A fuller body and aromatic finish reveal bright plum layers for whisky lovers to explore.

MeiZui 21% is light and mellow, ideal chilled, over ice or in a highball. MeiZui 25% has more concentrated aromas and a fuller body for slow sipping, food pairings and gifting. Both center on fermented yellow plums, revealing different layers of fruit, acidity and whisky oak.

Craft & Story

Our Story

Pure Fermented, No Additives. Yellow plums from Xinyi Township, harvested at 80% ripeness, undergo anaerobic fermentation and around 100 days of hands-on care before blending with Japanese whisky. Fruit, wood and time meet in one glass.

This Taiwanese fermented whisky umeshu pairs beautifully with sashimi, flame-grilled dishes and aged flavors.
